Helpkey Monthly or Quarterly Support contract are designed to give customers peace of mind and confidence in their IT system. Customers are reassured that their system is periodically checked against major sources of error and warnings, preventing system downtime and loss of data.
The Support contract includes three hours at your site every month (or every quarter), unlimited remote and telephone support and discounted labour for any extra requirement you might have. You get:
- Free Initial Consultation (worth £350)
- Half-day labour on site each month or quarter (3 hours, worth £225)
- Unlimited telephone and remote support for all servers and clients/laptops. (worth £150 for an average of two calls/month)
- A discount of more than 30% on any extra labour you might need. (e.g. the charge for an average of two hours labour would be £100 instead of £150, worth min. £50)
- Priority over non-contract clients in the event of major urgency (worth £100).
- No travel time charges (worth min. £37 per visit)
- A monthly quick report on the status of your system (worth £50).
- Reduced weekend call out fee (worth £100)
