A full IT System Audit provides an operational and strategic review of a Customer's IT services and system. The analysis is conducted to provide a documented breakdown of the existing operational environment, identification of limitations and risks within the existing configuration, analysis of key business systems strategy and recommendations for ways in which IT solutions may be quickly and efficiently deployed in the most effective manner.

The next step, following delivery of the IT System Analysis Report, will be a presentation of the results and the discussion around the following key areas:

  • Recommendations for system integration
  • Recommendations for third party product integration, where appropriate
  • Presentation of recommendations

Information collected in order to produce the IT audit is usually generated through discussions with key personnel and through analysis of key areas of the existing operational infrastructure.

A full IT System Audit is compulsory prior to commencing any work on your existing system. This service is available free of charge as an introductory offer to new customers opting for Helpkey's Monthly Support Contract.
