Nowadays remote support techniques can be extensively used as a tool for improving response time to customer's problems, therefore limiting the need to visit clients to those urgent cases that cannot be sorted through telephone or remote support.
In those cases Helpkey is happy to visit any customer in the whole of London and up to 30 miles around London where good transportation links are available.
Helpkey does not charge for travel time* or travel expenses* unless in the case of late cancellation, when an engineer would have already been on his way to your site. In that case we reserve the right to charge for 1 hour labour.
